Blumhouse has quite the formula down for horror comedies: take a beloved comedy franchise like 'Groundhogs Day' and add a serial killer and you have hits like 'Happy Death Day!'
Well now they're giving 'Freaky Friday' the same treatment with 'Freaky.' Vince Vaughn plays a serial killer known as “The Butcher” who switches bodies with his would-be victim thanks to a soul-possessing dagger that the killer uses. It brings out Vaughn's scary side, which we saw in 'True Detective 2' with the comedic side that build his career.

The film is directed and co-written by Christopher Landon, who created the 'Happy Death Day' franchise from Blumhouse. This, alongside the 'Welcome to the Blumhouse' series of films on Amazon, means that fans of the production house have a lot to look forward to.
The film comes out on Friday, November 13th. Watch the trailer below.
