Here's the trailer and everything we know about M. Night Shyamalan's New Horror Film 'Old'

The horror film is about a mysterious beach that ages people trapped on it.

The teaser for the new M. Night Shyamalan horror film "Old" premiered at the Super Bowl and immediately had horror fans excited. The movie, which is scheduled for a theatrical release on July 23rd, is Shyamalan's newest foray into fantastical psychological horror, and it's also one of the only adaptions that Shyamalan has undertaken. It's also the first film he shot in 35mm since his adaption of 'Avatar: the Last Airbender.'

The film, which Shyamalan shot in the Dominican Republic rather than his familiar Philadelphia haunts, is about a family that vacations at a beach where everyone ages at an incredibly rapid speed, with full lifetimes happening in a single day. The story is based on a French graphic novel called 'Sandcastle' by Pierre Oscar Levy and Frederik Peeters.

Gael Garcia Bernal leads an ensemble cast that includes Eliza Scanlen, Thomasin McKenzie, Aaron Pierre, Alex Wolff, Vicky Krieps, Abbey Lee, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Ken Leung, Rufus Sewell, Embeth Davidtz and Emun Elliott.
